Who may be able to join
- People who understand what the trial involves and are willing to sign a consent form agreeing to take part.

- People who have had radiation therapy within 14 days before starting the trial, or who are still recovering from side effects of radiation (some specific types of radiotherapy may be acceptable if completed at least 7 days before starting).
- People who are taking, or cannot stop taking, certain medications or herbal supplements that strongly affect how the body processes drugs (known as CYP1A2 or CYP3A inhibitors or inducers) within 1 to 2 weeks before starting the trial (confirm specific medications with trial site).
- People who have cancer that has spread to compress the spinal cord, or cancer that has spread to the membranes surrounding the brain or spinal cord.
- People who have had another type of cancer within the past 2 years.
- People who still have significant side effects (other than hair loss) from previous cancer treatments at the time of starting the trial.
- People who have had a stroke or bleeding in the brain within the 6 months before starting the trial.
- People with serious or poorly managed health conditions, including poorly controlled high blood pressure or active bleeding.
- People with ongoing or active infections, including hepatitis B, hepatitis C, HIV, or COVID-19.
- People with certain heart-related conditions or abnormalities (confirm specific details with trial site).
- People who have a history of serious lung inflammation conditions, including certain types of interstitial lung disease or immune-related lung problems caused by previous immunotherapy.
- People who have severe nausea, vomiting, chronic gut disease, difficulty swallowing, or who have had bowel surgery that may prevent the study medications from being properly absorbed.
- People who have received a live vaccine within 2 weeks before starting the trial.
