- People who have been diagnosed with, or are suspected to have, a condition from the group of disorders called RASopathies (such as Neurofibromatosis, Costello Syndrome, or Noonan Syndrome), whether confirmed through genetic testing or by a doctor's assessment.
- Family members who do not themselves have a RASopathy but have a relative who has been diagnosed with, or is suspected to have, one of these conditions.

- People who do not have a suspected or confirmed RASopathy diagnosis and do not have a family member with one of these conditions.
- People who are not able to go through the informed consent process themselves, and whose parent or legal guardian is also unable to do so on their behalf.
