Who might be able to join this trial:
- People who are at least 18 years old.
- People who have been diagnosed with high eye pressure (ocular hypertension) or are considered a suspected glaucoma patient.
- People who have not used any eye pressure-lowering medications (either eye drops or tablets) in the past 6 months.
- People whose eye drainage angles are open, as confirmed by a special eye examination called gonioscopy.
- People who have had at least one visual field (peripheral vision) test recorded within the past 6 months before joining the study.
Who may not be able to join:
- People currently taking part in another research study that involves drugs or agents that could affect the results of this trial (confirm with trial site).
- People who have had previous eye surgery, other than straightforward cataract surgery.
- People with a known allergy or past bad reaction to ICG dye, shellfish, or iodine.
- People with significant liver disease or a condition where the kidneys cannot filter waste properly (uremia).
- People with certain types of glaucoma, including exfoliation glaucoma, pigmentary glaucoma, or a history of sudden angle-closure glaucoma.
- People with moderate or severe loss of peripheral vision, as measured by a standard grading system used in the study.
- People with any eye condition that would prevent clear imaging or reliable vision testing, such as clouding of the eye's lens or a tilted optic nerve.
- People who are pregnant or currently breastfeeding.
