Who might be able to join this trial:
- You must be at least 18 years old
- You have been diagnosed with a specific type of anal cancer (squamous cell carcinoma of the anal canal), confirmed by a tissue sample, that has not been treated before

- You have two or more separate cancers in the pelvic area at the same time
- You have previously had radiotherapy, surgery, or chemotherapy that could interfere with the planned treatment for this cancer
- You have another serious illness that is expected to significantly shorten your life (confirm with trial site)
- You are pregnant or breastfeeding
- You have a metal implant such as a hip replacement near the treatment area, which may affect how treatment is planned (confirm with trial site)
- You have a pacemaker or implanted heart device (ICD)
