Who might be able to join this trial:

- People who were hospitalised for a heart attack (either a severe type called STEMI or a less severe type called NSTEMI) and developed a new irregular heart rhythm called atrial fibrillation (AF) for the first time during that hospital stay

- People diagnosed with cancer where life expectancy is less than one year
- People who declined continuous heart rhythm monitoring during their hospital stay, meaning their heart rhythm data could not be collected
- People who declined or are medically unable to have a procedure called PCI (a procedure to open blocked heart arteries using a small tube inserted through the skin)
- People who passed away during the hospital stay for their heart attack
