Who might be able to join this trial:
- Adults aged 18 or older, of any gender
- People who have liver cirrhosis (diagnosed through a biopsy or a combination of clinical checks, blood tests, and imaging), or who do not have cirrhosis but do have high blood pressure in the portal vein of the liver (confirm with trial site)

- People who have previously had a liver transplant or any other organ transplant

- People who choose not to participate
- People whose treating doctor does not consider them suitable for the study, for example if the doctor believes the person is unlikely to follow the study schedule
