Who might be able to join this trial:

- People with known or suspected heart artery disease, including significant blockages, chest pain (angina), or reduced heart muscle movement — though people who have previously had a full procedure to clear all major heart arteries due to angina may still be considered eligible
- People in whom a heart CT scan at the start of the study detects a significant blockage in a heart artery that would need a procedure to treat it
- People with severely reduced kidney function or end-stage kidney disease
- People with any other illness, condition, or treatment that the trial doctor considers would make participation unsuitable
