Who might be able to join this trial:

• People who are 18 years of age or older
• People with a confirmed diagnosis of pancreatic adenocarcinoma (a specific type of pancreatic cancer) that has spread or cannot be surgically removed, and where at least one measurable tumour or affected lymph node is visible on scans

Who may not be able to join:

• People currently taking blood-thinning or antiplatelet medications, with the exception of low-dose aspirin
• People with severe heart failure (classified as Class 3 or 4 on a standard medical scale)
• People who have had a significant bleed — such as from the stomach, bowel, or brain — within the two weeks before joining the trial
• People who are pregnant or currently breastfeeding
• People who have had a major surgical procedure under general anaesthetic within 28 days before the trial starts, or who are expected to need major surgery within 6 weeks of starting
• People who have another active cancer that has required treatment within the past 2 years
• People with an active, uncontrolled infection caused by bacteria, a virus, or fungus that requires ongoing treatment
• People whose mental health or personal circumstances would make it difficult to follow the trial requirements
• People who have previously had radiation therapy for advanced or metastatic disease
• People who weigh more than 350 pounds (approximately 159 kg), as the scanning equipment has a weight limit
• People whose blood clotting levels fall outside the acceptable range set by the trial (confirm with trial site for specific values)
