Who might be able to join this trial:
- People aged 18 or older who are able to make their own legal decisions
- People who have colorectal cancer that has spread to other parts of the body (metastatic), with a specific genetic change called the BRAF V600E mutation, and who have already received at least one previous cancer treatment
- People whose doctor has already decided — independently of this study — to treat them with the combination of two drugs: encorafenib and cetuximab, based on their approved prescribing guidelines
- People who either started that two-drug treatment within the last 3 months, or whose doctor is planning to start it soon
- People who agree to have their data recorded for this study in an anonymised way and have signed a consent form
Who may not be able to join:
- People who have already received more than 2 separate treatment courses for their metastatic cancer (some earlier treatments given before the cancer spread may also count toward this limit — confirm with trial site)
- People who have previously been treated with a type of drug called a RAF-inhibitor or MEK-inhibitor
- People for whom the two-drug combination (encorafenib and cetuximab) is medically unsuitable according to the official prescribing guidelines
- People who are currently taking part in, or are about to take part in, another clinical trial that involves a treatment or procedure being tested
- People who are currently receiving, or are about to receive, systemic treatment for a different type of cancer (other than this metastatic colorectal cancer)
