Who might be able to join this trial:
- People who have been diagnosed with Familial Adenomatous Polyposis (FAP), either through a genetic test showing a specific gene mutation, or because they were found to have more than 100 growths in the large bowel along with a family history of FAP
- People who have already had surgery to remove their colon and/or rectum, with a specific type of reconnection or pouch created during that surgery
- People who are 18 years of age or older
