  • People who do not have a sufficient understanding of the Dutch language
  • People who have serious heart or lung conditions — such as unstable chest pain, irregular heartbeat, or heart valve disease — that their treating doctor considers to make exercise unsafe
  • People who are already regularly doing structured vigorous aerobic exercise or strength training two or more times per week at a level similar to what this trial involves
