Who might be able to join this trial:

- People who have other serious health conditions that could make physical exercise unsafe or difficult, such as severe heart failure, severe chronic lung disease, or certain bone, joint, or nerve conditions (for example, a herniated disc, paralysis, amputation, or active rheumatoid arthritis)
- People who do not have a sufficient understanding of the Dutch language
- People who have serious heart or lung conditions — such as unstable chest pain, irregular heartbeat, or heart valve disease — that their treating doctor considers to make exercise unsafe
- People who are already regularly doing structured vigorous aerobic exercise or strength training two or more times per week at a level similar to what this trial involves
