Who might be able to join this trial:
- Adults aged 18 or older
- People who have received a kidney transplant within the past year, with the transplanted kidney still working at an acceptable level
- People who have Type 2 Diabetes and are currently using insulin
- People who have access to a home wi-fi connection
Who may not be able to join:
- People who have Type 1 Diabetes
- People currently taking a medication called hydroxyurea
- People who are unable to wear the Dexcom G6 continuous glucose monitoring device at all times for any reason
- People who are unable to check their blood sugar levels using a finger-prick meter at least 4 times per day during certain parts of the study
- People with significant vision problems or difficulties with thinking and memory that could affect participation
- People who are not able to read or write
- People who are currently incarcerated
- Women who are pregnant, planning to become pregnant during the study, or currently breastfeeding
- People with serious heart or cardiovascular disease that is not stable
- People currently undergoing treatment for cancer
