Who might be able to join this trial:
- You have personally had one cancer linked to a condition called BAP1 cancer predisposition syndrome, AND at least two close relatives (parents, siblings, children, grandparents, aunts/uncles, or cousins) have also had cancers associated with this condition (such as eye melanoma, skin melanoma, mesothelioma, kidney cancer, bile duct cancer, a type of brain tumour called meningioma, or liver cancer)
- You have personally been diagnosed with at least two cancers that are linked to hereditary BAP1 cancer predisposition syndrome
- You have had genetic testing that showed a confirmed or likely harmful change in the BAP1 gene, whether or not you have had cancer yourself
- You have had a cancer linked to BAP1 and your genetic testing found a BAP1 gene change whose significance is not yet fully understood (confirm with trial site)
- You are a family member of someone with a confirmed BAP1 gene mutation, even if you have not had cancer yourself
Who may not be able to join:
- People who do not speak English, as all study materials and consent forms are currently only available in English

Prevalence of germline BAP1 variants in the unselected general population of cancer patients; Clinical phenotypes (this includes premalignant lesions, tumor type and age of onset) in at risk blood-line family members of the patients
