Who might be able to join this trial:
- People who have been diagnosed with idiopathic Parkinson's disease (Parkinson's that develops on its own, without a known cause)

- People who have been falling on a weekly basis in the three months before the trial
- People who have a health condition other than Parkinson's disease that affects their ability to move around
- People who are currently living in a nursing home
- People who have thinking or memory difficulties that would make it hard to use a motivational app, based on an assessor's evaluation
- People who do not own a compatible smartphone (an iPhone 5S or newer running iOS 10 or higher, or an Android phone running Android 4.1 or newer)
