Who might be able to join this trial:

• You are between 20 and 80 years old
• You have been diagnosed with pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma (a specific type of pancreatic cancer) confirmed by a tissue or cell sample
• You have had surgery to remove the cancer (either fully or at the edges) at least 2 weeks ago but no more than 12 weeks ago
• There is no fluid build-up from cancer in your abdomen, and no signs that the cancer has spread to other organs (such as the liver)
• Your doctor plans to treat you with gemcitabine (a chemotherapy drug) alone after your surgery
• You are well enough to carry out some daily activities (your doctor will assess this using a standard scale)
• Your doctors expect you to live for at least 12 weeks
• Your blood, kidney, and liver test results are within acceptable ranges at the start of the trial
• You are able to understand the study and are willing to sign a consent form

Who may not be able to join:

• You have already received cancer treatments such as chemotherapy, radiation, immunotherapy, or hormone therapy (note: pre-surgery treatment for pancreatic cancer may still be allowed — confirm with trial site)
• There are still visible signs of cancer remaining in your pancreas after surgery
• You have a known immune deficiency condition that could get worse with immunotherapy
• You have a history of autoimmune diseases (such as rheumatoid arthritis, lupus, or multiple sclerosis) that could be worsened by immunotherapy
• You currently have an active hepatitis B or hepatitis C infection
• You tested positive for HIV during screening
• You have had another type of cancer in the past 5 years (some skin cancers and certain other early-stage cancers may still be allowed — confirm with trial site)
• You have severely reduced kidney function
• You have lung inflammation or scarring (shown on a chest X-ray) with noticeable symptoms
• You have a serious or uncontrolled infection currently being treated with antibiotics or similar medicines
• You have a history of blood clots or bleeding disorders
• You have another serious uncontrolled health condition (such as heart disease, severe lung or liver problems, or uncontrolled high blood pressure) that your doctor feels makes participation unsafe
• You have received a type of cell-based therapy (including Immuncell-LC or NK cell therapy) within the past 3 years
• You have had a serious allergic reaction to Immuncell-LC or gemcitabine, or their ingredients
• Not enough blood can be collected from you to make the study treatment (Immuncell-LC), in your doctor's opinion
• You are pregnant or currently breastfeeding
• You are able to have children but are unwilling to use appropriate contraception from the start of the study until 24 weeks after the last dose
• You have taken part in another clinical trial or used an experimental treatment within the past 4 weeks
• Your doctor feels you have not sufficiently recovered from surgery or previous treatment to safely participate
