Who might be able to join this trial:

Part 1:

• You have been diagnosed with a confirmed solid tumor — such as colorectal cancer, non-small cell lung cancer, or pancreatic cancer — that has spread to other parts of the body, cannot be surgically removed, or where your doctor believes there is a high risk it could come back in a way that cannot be cured within two years.

Part 2 (additional requirements):

• You have been diagnosed with a confirmed solid tumor — such as colorectal cancer, non-small cell lung cancer, pancreatic cancer, mesothelioma, or ovarian cancer — that has spread, cannot be surgically removed, or carries a high risk of incurable relapse within two years.
• A specific genetic marker called HLA-A*02 has been found in your inherited DNA through a special blood test (confirm with trial site).
• Testing of your tumor tissue has shown a specific genetic change related to HLA-A*02 (confirm with trial site).
• You are generally well enough to carry out light activity and care for yourself — your doctor has rated your physical wellbeing as 0 or 1 on a standard scale (confirm with trial site).

Who may not be able to join:

• You have been diagnosed with another type of cancer in the past 5 years — with exceptions for certain low-risk cancers such as some skin cancers, low-grade localized prostate cancer, superficial bladder cancer, early-stage breast or cervical changes (DCIS or CIS), or Stage I uterine cancer.
• You have previously received a stem cell transplant from another person (a donor).
• You have previously received a transplanted solid organ (such as a kidney, liver, or heart).
• (Part 2 only) You have received any cancer treatment or experimental therapy — including chemotherapy, targeted drugs, antibody treatments, or certain types of radiotherapy — within 2 weeks before a planned procedure to collect your blood cells, or within a timeframe based on the specific drug used, whichever is shorter (confirm with trial site).
• (Part 2 only) You currently have an active infection caused by bacteria, a virus, a fungus, or another organism that requires specific treatment, or you have recently been hospitalized or treated with intravenous antibiotics for a serious infection.
• (Part 2 only) You have active cancer that has spread to your brain or central nervous system — though people who have previously been treated for brain metastases may be considered with special approval (confirm with trial site).
• (Part 2 only) Your doctor believes, for any reason, that you would not be able to complete all required visits, procedures, or follow-up appointments as part of the study.
