Who might be able to join this trial:

• You have been diagnosed with major depressive disorder (depression) OR obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD)
• Your symptoms are rated as moderate to severe on a standard symptom checklist (confirm with trial site for exact score details)
• You have already tried at least one standard treatment for depression or OCD (such as certain medications or a specific type of therapy) and it did not work well enough — OR you were unable to try those treatments for personal reasons, such as not tolerating the side effects or the therapy itself
• You are either not currently taking antidepressants, OR you have been on the same stable dose of antidepressants for at least four weeks and plan to stay on that dose throughout the study
• You are able to understand the study and give your own consent to participate

Who may not be able to join:

• You are considered to be at immediate risk of suicide
• You have a main psychiatric diagnosis other than depression or OCD (for example, PTSD, psychosis, or Bipolar I or II disorder) — having anxiety disorder alongside depression or OCD may still be acceptable (confirm with trial site)
• You show signs of significant memory or thinking difficulties based on a standard cognitive test
• You are showing signs of psychosis that would affect your ability to understand and consent to the study
• You have had a significant problem with alcohol or drug use in the past six months
• You recently started a new course of talk therapy within the last eight weeks before joining the study
• You have already completed this specific accelerated TMS treatment during your current episode of depression or OCD
• You have taken part in another clinical trial involving an experimental drug or device within the past six weeks
• You have a significant neurological condition such as a history of moderate to severe head injury, stroke, Parkinson's disease or another movement disorder, or epilepsy
• You have a history of seizures (other than fever-related seizures in childhood), or you take medications or have a condition that could increase the risk of seizures
• You have metal implants or devices in your head or body that would make an MRI scan unsafe (confirm with trial site)
• You are currently pregnant or planning to become pregnant during the study
• Your blood tests show abnormal results for electrolytes, thyroid function, or liver function
