Who might be able to join this trial:
- People who have been diagnosed with Parkinson's disease based on specific international diagnostic guidelines (called the MDS criteria), with a "probable" level of diagnosis.

- People who have been diagnosed with a different type of movement disorder similar to Parkinson's, such as multiple system atrophy, progressive supranuclear palsy, dementia with Lewy bodies, or corticobasal syndrome — including cases caused by medications, metabolic conditions, brain infections, stroke-related disease, or a condition called normal pressure hydrocephalus.
- People who have received a blood transfusion in the past 3 months.
- People who currently have an active blood cancer, such as lymphoma or leukaemia.
- People who have had a bone marrow transplant within the past 5 years.
- People under the age of 18.
