Who might be able to join this trial:
- People who have a cancer diagnosis confirmed by laboratory tissue testing, with at least one area where the cancer has spread (a metastatic lesion) that has been referred for palliative radiotherapy (radiation treatment aimed at managing symptoms rather than curing the cancer)

- People who are pregnant or currently breastfeeding
- People whose cancer has spread to certain areas where reducing radiation dose would carry too high a risk — this includes cancer affecting the brain or spinal cord, spinal cord compression, or areas where repeat radiation treatment would not be considered safe
