Who might be able to join this trial:
- Adults aged 18 or older, of any gender
- People diagnosed with locally advanced or metastatic pancreatic cancer that cannot be treated with surgery (excluding a specific type called islet cell carcinoma), confirmed by a tissue or cell sample
- People who have not had standard cancer treatment before, or whose post-surgery treatment ended more than six months ago; if major surgery or radiation therapy was received, at least four weeks must have passed, and the cancer that has spread must not have received any local treatment such as radiation, chemotherapy, or surgery

- People who are willing to participate, sign a consent form, and attend follow-up visits as required
Who may not be able to join:
- People who are pregnant or breastfeeding
- People who have had, or currently have, another type of cancer — except for certain fully treated skin cancers or early-stage cervical cancer
- People with a known allergy to the trial drugs albumin-bound paclitaxel or gemcitabine, or to any of their ingredients
- People who have a significant build-up of fluid in the abdomen (ascites)
- People who have experienced a blood clot in an artery or vein within the past six months, such as a stroke, mini-stroke, deep vein thrombosis, or pulmonary embolism
- People with currently active hepatitis B or hepatitis C infection
- People whom the treating doctor considers unsuitable for the trial for any reason
