  • People with a known allergy to the trial drugs albumin-bound paclitaxel or gemcitabine, or to any of their ingredients
  • People who have a significant build-up of fluid in the abdomen (ascites)
  • People who have experienced a blood clot in an artery or vein within the past six months, such as a stroke, mini-stroke, deep vein thrombosis, or pulmonary embolism
  • People with currently active hepatitis B or hepatitis C infection
  • People whom the treating doctor considers unsuitable for the trial for any reason
