Who might be able to join this trial:
- People who have a pancreatic neuroendocrine tumour (a type of slow-growing pancreatic tumour) measuring between 2 cm and 3 cm in size.
- People who have a tumour between 1.0 cm and 2.0 cm that has been growing at a moderate rate (2–4 mm per year) based on a series of follow-up scans.

Who may not be able to join:
- People whose tumour is larger than 3 cm in size.
- People whose tumour has been growing rapidly — more than 4 mm per year.
- People whose tumour is causing symptoms by producing hormones (with an exception for a specific type called a gastrinoma located in the wall of the small bowel — confirm with trial site).
- People currently being treated with a type of medication called a somatostatin analog.
- People currently receiving chemotherapy.
- People who have had a specific type of radiation treatment called peptide receptor radionuclide therapy within the past 12 months.
- People who have previously had radiotherapy to the upper abdomen area.
- People for whom an MRI scan is not suitable — for example, due to claustrophobia or having certain metal or electronic implants in the body.
- People who are pregnant.
- People whose cancer has spread to other parts of the body.
- People whose general health and physical functioning is significantly limited, as measured by a standard medical scoring system (WHO performance score 3–4 — confirm with trial site).
