Who might be able to join this trial:
- People who are already scheduled to have a colonoscopy (whether for routine screening, follow-up monitoring, or because they have symptoms).

Who may not be able to join:
- People whose colonoscopy is being done as an emergency or while admitted to hospital as an inpatient.

- People who currently have colorectal (bowel) cancer.
- People who have a medical reason why a tissue sample (biopsy) or polyp removal cannot safely be performed during their colonoscopy — this includes people who have not stopped blood-thinning medications before the procedure as required by their doctor or local guidelines, and people with bleeding or clotting disorders (such as haemophilia, liver disease affecting clotting, low platelet counts, Von Willebrand's disease, or other conditions affecting how blood clots).
- People who are already taking part in another research study involving an investigational drug or treatment that increases the risk of bleeding.

Primary endpoints
The primary objective of this study is to evaluate whether the CADDIE system improves endoscopists accuracy in the optical diagnosis of diminutive colorectal polyps (≤5mm).
