Who might be able to join this trial:

  • You have been diagnosed with a mild traumatic brain injury (mTBI), sometimes called a concussion
  • You have had ongoing headaches for more than 3 months since your injury
  • You are between 18 and 65 years old
  • You have never received TMS (Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation) treatment before
  • Your headaches are at least 30 out of 100 in terms of pain intensity
  • You did not have daily headaches before your brain injury

Who may not be able to join:

  • You are currently pregnant
  • You have a pacemaker or any metal in your body that would make an MRI scan unsafe
  • You have a history of dementia or a major mental health condition such as bipolar disorder or schizophrenia
  • You have another ongoing chronic nerve pain condition (confirm with trial site)
  • You have a history of seizures
  • You are currently involved in a legal case related to your injury
  • You are not able to understand or communicate in English
  • You had a chronic headache condition, such as migraines, before your brain injury
  • Your medical records show worsening depression or anxiety symptoms, active substance dependence, or any suicidal thoughts or attempts within the last month
