Patients:
- People who have been diagnosed with a blood cancer and have a stem cell transplant or CAR T-cell therapy scheduled.

- People who are a family caregiver for someone diagnosed with a blood cancer who has a stem cell transplant or CAR T-cell therapy scheduled.
- People who are a spouse, relative, or friend identified by the patient, who either lives with the patient or sees them in person at least twice a week — only one caregiver per patient may participate.
- People who can speak, read, and understand English, or who are willing to fill out questionnaires with some help from an interpreter.
Who may not be able to join:
Patients:
- People having a stem cell transplant for a blood condition that is not cancer.
- People who are not able to give informed consent to take part in the study.
Family caregivers:
- People who are not able to give informed consent to take part in the study.
