Who might be able to join this trial:
- Women who have been diagnosed (confirmed by laboratory testing) with a serious pre-cancerous or cancerous condition of the cervix, vulva, or vagina linked to a virus called HPV — this includes conditions graded as level 2 or higher, or a history of cervical, vaginal, or vulvar cancer that has not spread to other parts of the body
- People who have tested negative for HIV
- People aged 35 years or older
- People who receive care at the Mount Sinai Health System or the Harris Health System in Houston
- People who speak English or Spanish

- People who have previously had a procedure called a high-resolution anoscopy (a detailed examination of the lower bowel area) (confirm with trial site)
