Who might be able to join this trial:

• People aged 21 or older who have been diagnosed with colorectal cancer at an early to non-spreading stage (in situ, Stage I, II, or III)
• People who are mentally well and able to think clearly
• People who are able to read or speak Mandarin or Taiwanese, as the study materials are in these languages

• People who do not have any physical disabilities

Who may not be able to join:

• People who currently have swelling or inflammation in their arms, legs, or joints
• People who have had abdominal (belly) surgery in the past 3 months
• People who have active heart or blood vessel problems causing symptoms
• People who have been taking antidepressant medication over a long period of time
• People who have limited movement or use of one arm or one leg
• People who have regularly done moderate or vigorous exercise for more than six months
• People who have a colostomy or ileostomy (a surgically created opening in the abdomen for waste to leave the body)
