Who might be able to join this trial:
- Your cancer has been confirmed by a lab test (biopsy) to be a solid tumor that has a specific gene change called a homozygous deletion of the MTAP gene in the tumor tissue.
- Your cancer cannot be removed by surgery, or it has spread to other parts of the body.
- You have a tumor that can safely be biopsied (a small tissue sample taken) at the start of the trial and again during the trial, unless the trial team confirms this is not safe or possible.
- You are 18 years of age or older.
- You are generally able to carry out everyday activities with little or no limitation (this is measured by a standard scale doctors use to assess overall health and activity level).
- Your kidneys, liver, blood, and other organs are working well enough to safely take part in the trial.
Who may not be able to join:
- You have previously been treated with a specific type of drug that targets PRMT5 or MAT2A (confirm with trial site).
- You currently have active cancer that has spread to the brain, or cancer affecting the lining of the brain and spinal cord.
- You have had significant coughing up of blood or serious bleeding in the 4 weeks before starting the trial.
- You have had a major surgical procedure within the 4 weeks before starting the trial.
- You have a bowel or stomach condition — such as inflammatory bowel disease, major stomach surgery, or ongoing severe nausea, vomiting, or problems absorbing food — that could affect how your body takes in the trial medication, or that prevents you from swallowing tablets or capsules.
- You have certain heart problems or abnormalities (confirm with trial site for specific details).
- There may be additional eligibility requirements not listed here that the trial team will review with you.
