Who may not be able to join

- People with active tumours in the brain or central nervous system — however, people with brain tumours that are not causing symptoms and have been treated (such as with targeted radiation, surgery, steroids, or other treatments) and have not gotten worse for at least 3 months may still be considered eligible (confirm with trial site).
- People who have received radiotherapy, immunotherapy, hormone therapy, targeted therapy, biological therapy, traditional Chinese medicine therapy, chemotherapy, or any other clinical trial treatment within the 14 days before the first study dose.
- People who still have side effects from previous chemotherapy or radiotherapy that have not improved to a mild level (grade 2 or below on a standard scale), except for hair loss.

- People who had a significant injury within 28 days before the first study dose, or who are expected to need major surgery during the study.
- People who have difficulty swallowing or any stomach or bowel condition that could affect how the study drugs are absorbed, as judged by the study doctor.
- People who have taken strong medications that affect a specific liver enzyme called CYP3A4 within 14 days before the first study dose (confirm with trial site).
- People who are currently taking medications that can affect the heart's electrical rhythm (QT interval) and who are unable or unwilling to stop or switch to a different medication before joining the study.
- People with active infections caused by fungi, bacteria, or viruses, including known HIV, active hepatitis B, active hepatitis C, or active syphilis.
- People with poorly controlled serious conditions affecting the mind, nervous system, heart, breathing, digestion, urinary system, bleeding or clotting, or other body systems that could significantly affect the study.
- People considered unsuitable for the study for any other reason, as determined by the study doctor.
