Who might be able to join this trial:
- People who are 18 years of age or older at the time of signing the consent form
- People who have been diagnosed with multiple myeloma
- People who have previously received a standard treatment called BCMA CAR-T cell therapy
- People whose scan (such as a PET scan or similar imaging) taken 30 days or more after their CAR-T treatment showed that the disease is still active
- People who have at least one area of myeloma (either in the bone or in nearby soft tissue) that can be targeted with radiation therapy
- People who are able to give their informed consent to participate
Who may not be able to join:
- People for whom another type of chemotherapy ("salvage chemotherapy") is planned to start less than 14 days after finishing radiation treatment
- People who are currently receiving treatment for another type of cancer besides multiple myeloma
- People who are pregnant
