- You are willing and able to learn how to use and take care of a wristband device that tracks your sleep
- You are able to wear the wristband sleep tracker for two weeks
- You are willing and able to learn how to use and take care of a headband device that tracks your sleep
- You are able to wear the headband sleep tracker for two weeks
- You are able to keep a daily log of your routine activities during the two-week study, such as when you sleep, eat, and take medications
- You are able to hold off taking certain Parkinson's-related medications after 5:00pm for three nights in a row
Who may not be able to join:
- You have been diagnosed with dementia, such as Parkinson's Disease Dementia or Dementia with Lewy Bodies
- You are currently taking, or have taken within the last 30 days, a prescription sleep medication such as Zolpidem, Suvorexant, or Eszopiclone
- You have been diagnosed with, or meet the criteria for, a disorder that affects your body's natural sleep-wake cycle (confirm with trial site)
