  • People diagnosed with pancreatic cancer that has not spread to other parts of the body, who are about to start chemotherapy before surgery

  • People with a history of bone, muscle, heart, lung, or neurological conditions that would prevent them from exercising
  • People expected to receive additional cancer treatments during the study period
  • People who currently do more than 60 minutes of structured moderate or vigorous exercise per week
  • People who currently smoke
  • People who are pregnant, due to unknown effects of exercise on a developing baby
  • People the study investigator believes may not be able to safely follow the study's monitoring requirements (confirm with trial site)
  • People who are unable to travel to DFCI for assessments
