Who might be able to join this trial:

- People with serious active health conditions affecting major organs — such as heart disease, a recent heart attack, heart failure, or significant lung problems — that could make procedures like a biopsy risky.
- People with other active medical or mental health conditions that the lead doctor determines may increase risk or prevent informed consent from being given.
- People who are currently pregnant or breastfeeding.
- People who are currently incarcerated.
