Who might be able to join this trial:
- Your cancer must be an advanced solid tumor that has been confirmed by a lab test (biopsy), with a specific genetic change (mutation) in a gene called KRAS G12 or RAS, found through DNA testing — or, for one part of the trial, a pancreatic cancer without a RAS mutation
- You may be either new to treatment or have already received the standard treatments available for your type and stage of cancer
- You must be well enough to carry out daily activities with little to no limitation (confirm with trial site for exact definition)
- Your liver, kidneys, and other organs must be working well enough to safely participate
Who may not be able to join:
- People whose cancer started in the brain or spinal cord are not eligible
- People who have cancer that has spread to the brain and is currently not being treated are not eligible
- People who have difficulty swallowing or absorbing oral (by mouth) medication due to a digestive system problem are not eligible
- People who have another serious or unstable health condition that, in the doctor's opinion, could put them at risk, affect how long they are expected to live during the study, or make it hard for them to follow the study requirements are not eligible
