Who might be able to join this trial:
- People who have been diagnosed with pancreatic cancer (stage I–IV) or colorectal cancer (stage III–IV) through a laboratory test on tissue samples, and who are planning to receive treatment.
- People who have previously had surgery, radiation therapy, or chemotherapy that did not include a drug called irinotecan.
- People aged 18 years or older.
- People who are generally well enough to carry out daily activities with little to no limitation (this is measured using a standard medical scale — confirm with trial site).
- People whose heart, liver, kidneys, and bone marrow are functioning at an acceptable level, as determined by the trial team.

Who may not be able to join:

- People with serious uncontrolled health conditions, such as an active infection, heart failure, unstable chest pain, irregular heart rhythm, or a mental health or personal situation that the treating doctor believes would make it difficult to follow the treatment plan.
- People who are pregnant.
- People who are not planning to receive treatment for their cancer.
