Who might be able to join this trial:

• People who are scheduled for a planned colonoscopy for colorectal cancer screening, monitoring of previously found polyps, or investigation of symptoms such as anaemia, changes in bowel habits, or abdominal pain

• People for whom a colonoscopy would be medically unsafe, such as those with a perforated bowel, a blocked intestine, or an unstable heart or lung condition
• People for whom removal of polyps during the procedure would be unsafe, such as those with active bleeding in the digestive tract, or those currently taking blood thinners or certain anti-clotting medications that cannot be paused
• People already known to have colorectal cancer or polyps who are scheduled for a separate staged treatment procedure
• People who have previously had part of their colon surgically removed
• People with a personal history of colorectal cancer
• People with a personal history of a polyposis syndrome (a condition causing many polyps to grow in the bowel)
• People with a personal history of inflammatory bowel disease (such as Crohn's disease or ulcerative colitis)
• People who are pregnant or currently breastfeeding
• People with serious complex health conditions that place them in a high-risk category for medical procedures (confirm with trial site)
