• You currently live in a care home, nursing facility, or foster care
• You have a serious and unstable health condition that would make it difficult to take part in follow-up appointments
• You are already taking part in another non-medication clinical trial
• You are expected to move into a care facility or change your home address within the next 6 months
• You are under legal guardianship or are unable to give your own consent
• Your caregiver does not want to take part or cannot be available for the study's scheduled follow-ups
• Your caregiver has a serious and unstable illness that would prevent them from taking part
• Your caregiver has a known cognitive or psychiatric condition (such as a chronic progressive psychosis) that would prevent the study from running properly
• You are currently pregnant or breastfeeding

• You are not willing to take part or cannot be available for the planned follow-up visits
