Who might be able to join this trial:

• People who are over 18 years old.
• People who have been diagnosed with an advanced solid tumour (confirmed by lab testing of tissue or cells) that has not responded to standard treatments, where standard treatments are not tolerated, or where no standard treatment exists — including specific cancers such as non-small cell lung cancer, pancreatic cancer, colorectal cancer, or other advanced solid tumours.
• People whose tumour testing (from tissue or blood) has confirmed a specific gene mutation called KRAS G12V or G12D, along with a matching immune system marker called HLA subtype.
• People whose doctors estimate they are likely to live for more than 3 months.
• People who have a general physical fitness score of 0, 1, or 2 on the ECOG scale — meaning they are able to carry out at least some daily activities independently (confirm with trial site).
• People who are willing to participate, sign a consent form, and attend follow-up appointments as required.
• People who have at least one tumour that can be measured on scans according to standard guidelines (RECIST v1.1).
• Female participants who are not pregnant or breastfeeding, have had a negative pregnancy test within 72 hours before joining, and who agree to use an accepted form of contraception during the trial and for at least 3 months after it ends.
