Who might be able to join this trial:
- People who are 45 years of age or older
- People with no previous history of colorectal cancer or colon polyps
- People who have no close family members (parents, siblings, or children) diagnosed with colorectal cancer before the age of 60
- People who are not currently experiencing digestive or bowel symptoms, such as bleeding from the rectum

Who may not be able to join:
- People under the age of 45
- People who have previously been diagnosed with colorectal cancer or colon polyps
- People who have a close family member (parent, sibling, or child) who was diagnosed with colorectal cancer before age 60
- People who are currently experiencing digestive or rectal symptoms, such as rectal bleeding
- People who have had a colonoscopy within the last 5 years
- People who have had a FIT stool screening test within the last year
