- People who are already part of the Kailuan Cohort study and have completed at least one visit where their medical history and physical measurements were recorded
- People who are able to safely have CT and MRI scans (no medical reasons preventing these scans)

- People with a known history of psychiatric conditions, such as schizophrenia
