Who might be able to join this trial:

- People aged between 25 and 75 years old (including those ages)

- People who have not experienced unexplained weight loss, fevers, anaemia, or blood in their stool

- People who are unwilling to make changes to their current diet
- People who have previously used Viome products or services
- People who have taken antibiotics in the past 4 weeks
- Women who are currently pregnant, planning to become pregnant in the next 4 months, or who are breastfeeding
- People who gave birth fewer than 90 days ago
- People who currently have an active infection
- People who are unable or unwilling to use the Viome app on an iPhone or Android smartphone
- People who have made significant changes to their diet or lifestyle in the past month
- People who have been diagnosed with Inflammatory Bowel Disease (IBD), which includes conditions such as Crohn's disease or ulcerative colitis
- People who have used experimental drugs, products, or devices within 1 month before or planned within 4 months after the trial starts
- People who have received cancer treatment within the past year
- People who have had major surgery in the last 6 months or who have major surgery planned in the next 4 months
- People who have been prescribed medications that may interact with the supplements used in the trial
- People who have a medical condition or allergy that may interact with or prevent safe consumption of the trial supplements
- People who are allergic to any of the specific ingredients in the trial supplements
- People who are currently following a FODMAP, Keto, or Paleo diet
- People who have certain gastrointestinal conditions, including inflammation of the oesophagus (oesophagitis), coeliac disease, gastrointestinal cancer or blockage, or peptic, duodenal, or gastric ulcers
- People who have had gastrointestinal surgery, with the exception of appendix removal or removal of non-cancerous polyps
