- People with a history of chest pain (angina), heart attack, or heart failure
- People currently experiencing a serious active infection or blood poisoning
- People with an untreated physical or mental health condition
- People who have another separate cancer at the same time
- People who are pregnant or breastfeeding
- People who are unlikely to be able to follow the trial's required procedures
- People who have not provided signed informed consent
