Who may be able to join
- People aged 18 or older who have been confirmed or are suspected to have early-stage lung cancer (stage I, II, or III) of a type called non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC)
- People who have been assessed as suitable for and scheduled to undergo a surgical procedure to remove part of the lung (such as removal of a lobe or a smaller section) as part of their standard treatment

- People who have received chemotherapy, immunotherapy, or radiation therapy before their surgery
- People who have received a blood transfusion around the time of their surgery
