Who may be able to join
- People who have chosen to take part voluntarily and have signed a consent form agreeing to join the study.
- People aged 18 to 75 years old, of any gender.
- People who have been diagnosed with advanced non-small cell lung cancer (a type of lung cancer), confirmed through a tissue or cell sample, or whose lung cancer has come back after previous treatments such as surgery, radiation, or a combination of chemotherapy and radiation.

Who may not be able to join

- People who have brain tumours that have not been treated and are causing symptoms, or who have cancer that has spread to the lining of the brain, spinal cord, or similar areas.
- People who have uncontrolled build-up of fluid around the lungs, heart, or abdomen that is causing symptoms.
- People who have had another type of cancer in the past 3 years, or who currently have another cancer at the same time.
- People who have any active or known condition where the immune system attacks the body (autoimmune disease).
- People who have taken steroid medicines (such as prednisone at more than 10 mg per day, or an equivalent dose of another steroid) or other medicines that suppress the immune system within the 2 weeks before starting the trial.
- People who have severe or uncontrolled eye conditions that, in the opinion of the trial doctor, may put them at increased risk.
- People who have heart conditions or heart-related symptoms that are not well managed or controlled.
- People who have high blood pressure that is not well controlled despite taking blood pressure medication.
- People who have experienced a significant bleeding event (grade 2 or higher) or coughed up blood (2 ml or more in a single episode) within the 2 weeks before starting the trial, or who have noticeable bleeding symptoms or a known tendency to bleed.
- People who have had a serious infection within 1 month before starting the trial — including infections that required a hospital stay, bacteria in the bloodstream, or severe pneumonia — or who have taken antibiotics within 1 week before starting, or who currently have an active infection requiring intravenous (drip) treatment, or who have an unexplained fever above 38.5°C before starting.
- People who currently have, or have previously had, inflammatory lung disease (such as interstitial lung disease or radiation-related lung inflammation) that required steroid treatment, or who currently have active pneumonia (a lung infection).
- People who currently have active tuberculosis (TB) of the lungs.
- People who are known to be HIV-positive or have AIDS, or who have active hepatitis B or hepatitis C.
- People who have received radiation therapy to the lungs within 6 months before starting the trial; or who have had major surgery (not including surgery done only to diagnose a condition), chemotherapy, immunotherapy, or another experimental treatment within 4 weeks before starting; or who have received palliative (symptom-relief) radiation within 2 weeks before starting; or who stopped taking targeted therapy medicines less than 5 half-lives ago (confirm with trial site); or who have not yet recovered from side effects or complications of previous treatments to an acceptable level (confirm with trial site).
