Who might be able to join this trial:
- Men and women between 50 and 64 years of age who either do not drink alcohol, drink at moderate levels, or occasionally binge drink.

- People whose body weight has changed by more than 5% in the past 6 months.
- People who regularly do structured aerobic exercise, meaning 30 minutes or more of aerobic activity at least 3 times per week.
- People who are currently using hormone replacement therapy, including estrogen, progesterone, or testosterone.
