Who might be able to join this trial:
Cancer Arm (people with a recent cancer diagnosis):
- People aged 40 to 75 years old.
- People who are able to sign a written consent form.
- People who have not yet received any cancer treatment, and either have a confirmed cancer diagnosis made within the past 42 days, or are strongly suspected of having cancer based on scans or tests, with a confirmed diagnosis expected within 42 days after the blood sample is taken.
Benign Disease Arm (people with a non-cancerous condition):
- People aged 40 to 75 years old.
- People who are able to sign a written consent form.
- People who are able to provide a suitable blood sample for testing.
- People who either have a confirmed diagnosis of a non-cancerous condition made within the past 90 days and have not yet had treatment such as surgery, or are strongly suspected of having a non-cancerous condition, with a confirmed diagnosis expected within 42 days after the blood sample is taken.
Healthy Arm (people without current cancer):
- People aged 40 to 75 years old.
- People who are able to sign a written consent form.
- People who are able to provide a suitable blood sample for testing.
- People who have had no cancer-related symptoms in the past 30 days.
- People who have had no abnormal results on medical examinations in the past 30 days.
- People with a history of cancer who completed curative treatment more than 3 years ago and have had no recurrence since then.
High Risk for Pancreatic Cancer Arm:
- People aged 40 to 75 years old.
- People who are able to sign a written consent form.
- People who are able to provide a suitable blood sample for testing.
- People who have known risk factors for pancreatic cancer, such as carrying a relevant genetic variant, having chronic pancreatitis, or having other recognised risk factors.
Who may not be able to join:
Cancer Arm:
- People whose blood sample is not sufficient or suitable for testing.
- People who are currently pregnant or breastfeeding.
- People who have received an organ transplant or a bone marrow or stem cell transplant from another person (non-autologous).
- People who received a blood transfusion within 7 days before the blood sample is taken.
- People who received anti-tumour drugs to treat a non-cancer condition within the past 30 days.
- People who have another known cancer or multiple separate primary cancers.
Benign Disease Arm:
- People whose blood sample is not sufficient or suitable for testing.
- People who are currently pregnant or breastfeeding.
- People who have received an organ transplant or a bone marrow or stem cell transplant from another person (non-autologous).
- People who received a blood transfusion within 7 days before the blood sample is taken.
- People who received anti-tumour drugs to treat a non-cancer condition within the past 30 days.
Healthy Arm:
- People whose blood sample is not sufficient or suitable for testing.
- People who are currently pregnant or breastfeeding.

- People who have received an organ transplant or a bone marrow or stem cell transplant from another person (non-autologous).
- People who received a blood transfusion within 7 days before the blood sample is taken.
- People who received anti-tumour drugs to treat a non-cancer condition within the past 30 days.
- People who completed curative treatment for a cancer linked to an inherited genetic variant within the past 3 years and have had no recurrence (confirm with trial site).
