Who may be able to join
- People who are able to give their own independent consent to participate.

Who may not be able to join
Each point below is a reason the trial team may not be able to accept someone. It is not a list of requirements to meet.
- People who have had major surgery within 4 weeks before giving consent.
- People who have taken part in another experimental treatment study within 4 weeks before giving consent.
- People with serious uncontrolled health conditions, including active infections requiring delayed treatment or hospitalisation, certain heart conditions, severe liver disease, or mental health or personal circumstances that would make it difficult to follow the study requirements.
- People who have previously had a solid organ transplant (such as a kidney, liver, or heart transplant).
- People who have received chemotherapy or cancer-fighting drug treatments within 21 days before giving consent (or within 42 days for a specific type of chemotherapy called nitrosoureas).
- People who have received antibody-based treatments within 21 days before giving consent.
- People who have had a bone marrow or stem cell transplant from a donor, or any stem cell infusion, within 84 days before giving consent.
- People who are currently pregnant.
- People who are currently breastfeeding.
- People who are not willing to follow the birth control requirements during the study.
