Who might be able to join this trial:

• People who speak English or Spanish
• People who have a personal history of colorectal polyps (growths found in the large intestine)
• People whose most recent colonoscopy found 2 or fewer polyps that were not classified as advanced
• People who are currently due, or will be due within the next 12 months, for a colonoscopy
• People who are able to sign a written consent form agreeing to take part

Who may not be able to join:

• People who have a personal history of colorectal (bowel) cancer
• People who have a known genetic condition that significantly raises the risk of bowel cancer, such as Lynch Syndrome, Familial Adenomatous Polyposis (FAP), or Serrated Polyposis Syndrome
• People who have a personal history of inflammatory bowel disease, such as ulcerative colitis or Crohn's disease
• People whose most recent colonoscopy found one or more advanced polyps, or 3 or more non-advanced polyps
• People whose overall health may mean that routine polyp monitoring is unlikely to benefit them — for example, those with recent heart treatment within the last 6 months, heart failure affecting daily function, lung disease requiring home oxygen, a stroke within the last 4 months, dementia affecting day-to-day activities, severe liver disease requiring certain medications, severe kidney disease requiring dialysis, or a new cancer diagnosis within the past year (confirm with trial site)
• People who are not able to sign a written consent form
