Who might be able to join this trial:
- You are between 18 and 65 years old
- You have been diagnosed with a depressive episode (not caused by another known physical or mental health condition) according to standard medical guidelines
- You have been referred to a treatment programme for a first-time or single episode of depression
Who may not be able to join:
