- You must be relatively healthy and active in daily life, with only minor limitations from your condition (confirm with trial site for what this means in your case)
- You must have been diagnosed with multiple myeloma according to standard international guidelines
- You must have received between 1 and 3 previous treatment regimens for multiple myeloma, including specific drug types: a proteasome inhibitor, an immunomodulatory drug, and an anti-CD38 antibody (confirm with trial site which drugs count); for certain groups in the trial, at least 2 prior treatment regimens are required
- Your multiple myeloma must currently be getting worse (progressing), and you must have a specific genetic change called t(4;14), confirmed by a specialised lab test on a fresh tissue sample

- You have certain other blood or plasma cell conditions alongside your myeloma, such as plasma cell leukaemia, POEMS syndrome, myelodysplastic syndrome, or light chain amyloidosis
- You have active cancer affecting the brain or spinal cord (those with previously treated and stable brain/spinal involvement may still be eligible in some groups — confirm with trial site)
- Your bone marrow, kidneys, liver, lungs, or heart are not functioning well enough (confirm with trial site for specific thresholds)
- You currently have an active infection — such as a bacterial, viral, or fungal infection — that is not under control
- You are taking certain medications that affect how the body processes drugs, including acid-reducing agents or strong blockers/activators of specific liver enzymes, within approximately the past week or more (confirm with trial site for exact details)
- You have had another type of cancer (unrelated to myeloma) that required treatment within the past 2 years, or that has not fully gone away (some exceptions may apply — confirm with trial site)
