  • You are currently receiving Deep Brain Stimulation (DBS) therapy targeting a specific area of the brain (called the globus pallidus) to treat Parkinson's disease

  • You have had complications or side effects from your DBS surgery or stimulation (for example, unwanted muscle movements when the device is on) that could affect your safety or the study results
  • You are not able to give informed consent to take part in the study, as assessed using a specific assessment tool called the MacCAT-CR
